These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Dizzy Labs LLC products including Squared.
Squared Service
Squared is a family logistics application that helps coordinate transportation, schedules, and activities for families through a mobile app and SMS notifications.
SMS Program
By creating a Squared account and confirming consent during onboarding, you agree to receive SMS messages from Squared at the phone number you provide.
Program name: Squared
Description: Family logistics notifications including weekly schedule briefs, driver assignments, real-time pickup/dropoff alerts, conflict notifications, and coordination requests.
Message frequency: Variable; typically 5–15 messages per week per active family, with higher volumes during tournament weekends or schedule changes.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier’s plan.
Opt-Out
To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any Squared message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages.

For help, reply HELP to any Squared message or contact support@dizzy-labs.com.
Eligibility
Squared is intended for users 18 years of age or older. Parents and guardians may add children to their family account under our Privacy Policy.
Subscription
Squared offers Free and Pro subscription tiers. Pro subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.
Disclaimers
Squared is provided “as is” without warranty. We do not guarantee delivery of every SMS message; SMS delivery is subject to carrier availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dizzy Labs LLC’s liability for any claims arising from your use of Squared is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the prior twelve months.
