Privacy Policy

Effective: March 21, 2026

Dizzy Labs LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in our mobile applications and games.

Information We Collect

Our apps may collect limited technical data (e.g., crash reports, anonymized analytics) to improve performance. We do not collect personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it (for example, joining our newsletter).

For Cash Out Crash Out specifically:

Photo and Camera Access

If you use the Custom Die feature in Cash Out Crash Out, our app will request access to your photo library. This access is used solely to let you select a photo to use as your custom die texture. The photo you select is processed entirely on your device, saved only in your app’s local storage, never uploaded to our servers or any third party, and never used for any purpose other than displaying your custom die in the game. You can revoke photo library access at any time in your device Settings.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect only to improve our apps, troubleshoot issues, and provide customer support.

Data Retention

We retain technical logs for as long as needed to improve app stability and performance, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Game data (scores, history, player names, custom die images) is stored locally on your device. You can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the app.

Third-Party Services

Our apps integrate third-party services that may collect and process data on your device:

Advertising. We display ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and usage information to serve and measure ads. Users who purchase our High Roller Premium in-app purchase will not be shown any ads, and no ad-related data will be collected for those users. Learn more at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out via Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on iOS.

In-App Purchases. We use Apple’s StoreKit. Apple processes all payment transactions. We do not receive or store your payment information. See https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ for Apple’s data practices.

Crash Reporting and Analytics. We may use Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymized crash reports and usage analytics.

Your Choices

Ad Tracking. Limit tracking via Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > disable “Allow Apps to Request to Track.”

Remove Ads. The High Roller Premium in-app purchase removes all advertising. When active, no ad SDKs will request or collect data.

Photo Access. Revoke photo library access at any time in Settings > Privacy > Photos.

Children’s Privacy

Cash Out Crash Out is designed as a family game for ages 4 and up. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In compliance with COPPA, we do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children without verifiable parental consent. When serving ads to users who may be under the age of digital consent, we configure ad requests to comply with COPPA and Google’s policies for child-directed content.

Parental Rights

Parents and guardians may request access, deletion, or revocation of their child’s data by emailing support@dizzy-labs.com with subject “Parental Request – Data Deletion” or “Parental Request – Revoke Consent.” Include your full name, contact email, and the child’s in-app username or account identifier. Since game data is stored locally, the most complete deletion method is to uninstall the app.

Data Security

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect information we handle. In the event of a data breach affecting user data, we will notify affected users in accordance with applicable law.

International Users

For EU users: We rely on legitimate interests for analytics and crash reporting. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact support@dizzy-labs.com to exercise these rights.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date.
