Privacy Policy

Effective: March 4, 2026

Dizzy Labs LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in our mobile applications and games.

Information We Collect

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect only to improve our apps, troubleshoot issues, and provide customer support.

Data Retention

We retain technical logs (such as crash reports and basic analytics) for as long as needed to improve app stability and performance, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Third-Party Services

Our apps integrate third-party services that may collect and process data on your device. These include:

Advertising. We display ads through Google AdMob in some of our apps. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers (such as Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers), IP address, and general device and usage information to serve ads, measure ad performance, and provide reporting. Ad content may be personalized based on this data unless you opt out. You can learn more about Google’s data practices at https://policies.google.com/privacy and opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings (Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on iOS). Users who purchase our premium in-app purchase will not be shown any ads, and no ad-related data will be collected for those users.

Crash Reporting and Analytics. We may use services such as Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymized crash reports and basic usage analytics to improve app performance.

Each of these providers processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Your Choices

Ad Tracking. On iOS, you can limit ad tracking by going to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and disabling "Allow Apps to Request to Track." When tracking is disabled, ads will not be personalized.

Remove Ads Entirely. Our High Roller Premium in-app purchase removes all advertising from the app. When ads are removed, no ad-related SDKs will request or collect data on your device.

Children’s Privacy

Cash Out Crash Out is designed as a family game suitable for ages 8 and up. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children without verifiable parental consent. When serving ads to users who may be under the age of digital consent, we configure our ad requests to comply with COPPA and Google’s policies for child-directed content. This means ads shown may be limited to contextual, non-personalized ads that do not rely on user tracking or behavioral data.

Parental Rights

Parents and legal guardians have the right to review, delete, or refuse further collection of their child’s personal information. To make a request, please contact us at privacy@dizzy-labs.com. We may take reasonable steps to verify the identity of the parent or guardian before fulfilling the request.
